ABOUT THE FOUNDER:

My engineering journey began in 2001, when I joined my family-owned consulting firm, Piramoon Architects, as a part-time designer. There, I specialised in HVAC and hydraulic systems for high-rise buildings and public swimming pools, laying the foundations for a career built on curiosity, technical excellence, and a passion for solving engineering challenges.

Between 2004 and 2011, I expanded my experience into the pulp and paper and fibreboard manufacturing industries. I worked on improving complex industrial processes, including pulp agitation, stock pumping, filtration, and drying systems, while also leading numerous projects in dust management and wastewater treatment. These formative years strengthened my practical problem-solving skills and gave me a deeper appreciation for the connection between sound engineering, operational performance, and environmental responsibility.

In 2011, I moved into the mining and mineral processing sector, providing senior technical expertise to improve the design, performance, and reliability of industrial systems. My work focused on slurry handling, solid–liquid separation, drying, and emissions control, helping businesses overcome challenging operational problems and achieve more reliable, efficient outcomes.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work across diverse industries, tackle complex technical challenges, and turn engineering ideas into practical solutions. This experience ultimately inspired me to establish SteadyFlow, a venture that brings together my knowledge, experience, and passion for engineering.

For me, SteadyFlow is more than a consulting business. It represents the culmination of a lifelong engineering journey and a commitment to delivering thoughtful, practical, and sustainable solutions that make a meaningful difference to clients, industry, and the environment.
